EIV automation agents

Scheduled LLM agents that handle the site's weekly work: social captions, the newsletter, inbox triage, and turning event flyers into event records with local vision models. Every agent only drafts and never sends; each run is logged in Postgres and reported to Slack. Built an eval suite of 26 real flyers with hand-written ground truth to compare models and catch made-up fields.
